My practice integrates traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and other body-based approaches when appropriate.

How does that sound?

I often encourage clients to practice skills between sessions (such as mindfulness, journaling, breathing exercises, or reflection).

How do you feel about that?

My current fee is $185 per 50-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and do not offer reduced-fee appointments.
